Microsoft Exchange Administrator (with German)

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange and Messaging Specialist to join an established infrastructure operations team. This role focuses on the administration, monitoring, and incident management of messaging environments within a highly regulated financial-services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the Windows environment.
• Administering and operating Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online environments.
• Handling service requests, incidents, and operational tasks in line with defined SLA and ITIL processes.
• Troubleshooting complex Exchange and Messaging incidents while managing Active Directory objects.
• Preparing operational documentation and coordinating with specialist teams for escalated technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server on-premise and Exchange Online.
• Solid understanding of hybrid Messaging environments and Active Directory structures.
• Proven experience in L2/L3 troubleshooting and working with structured incident management processes.
• Fluency in German is mandatory for handling tickets and direct end-customer communication.
• Strong collaboration skills and familiarity with ITIL-based operations.
