Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI-powered agents and conversational solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external enterprise APIs.
• Build automation workflows and configure knowledge sources, prompts, and agent behaviors to support business processes.
• Manage authentication, security, and access permissions to ensure robust enterprise data integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional AI solutions and support the transition from development to production.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on commercial experience in building and deploying production-ready Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Strong technical proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Practical experience integrating Microsoft solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and various enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of conversational AI design, generative AI, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures and functional AI solutions.
