Microsoft 365 Engineer

P&P Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a large-scale digital transformation project for a major European cinema chain. You will play a key role in transitioning legacy infrastructure to a modern, secure, and cloud-based digital workplace, focusing on identity management, endpoint security, and the implementation of advanced Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access policies, and authentication methods.
• Configure and manage endpoint devices, applications, and security policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Support migrations to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Prepare the environment for Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, including licensing and data access security.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including RBAC, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot and compliance policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, including Defender for Office 365 and endpoint protection.
