Microsoft 365 Copilot Change & Adoption Specialist (h/f)

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Change & Adoption Specialist to drive the successful rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot within a global enterprise environment. You will join a dedicated AI team focused on delivering value through generative AI solutions while ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate change strategies into actionable user journeys, communication plans, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate pilot user onboarding, including managing invitations, welcome materials, and follow-up sessions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality user-facing content such as tutorials, quick guides, FAQs, and presentation assets.
• Facilitate awareness and training sessions tailored to various user groups and AI maturity levels.
• Design feedback mechanisms like surveys and interviews to monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or adoption roles.
• Proven hands-on experience supporting at least one Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment or adoption program.
• Strong content development skills and the ability to create clear, engaging educational materials.
• Confident live facilitation skills for international audiences in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate adoption data into strategic improvements.
