Microsoft 365 Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and deliver innovative Power Platform and AI-driven solutions for our global clients. In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with diverse teams to design scalable applications and drive business value through advanced technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and define project scope through workshops and discovery sessions.
• Design and develop innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse to support complex application data requirements.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing troubleshooting support to clients post-implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting or analyst role focused on Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling concepts.
• Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or DSDM.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
