MES/MOM Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled MES/MOM Subject Matter Expert to join our team and provide strategic leadership for large-scale manufacturing transformation programs. You will act as a key advisor, bridging the gap between complex manufacturing processes and advanced digital solutions to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the principal MES/MOM Subject Matter Expert and strategic advisor for enterprise-level manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses to align complex manufacturing practices with industry standards and platform capabilities.
• Guide end-to-end solution architecture, data flows, and integration strategies connecting MES/MOM systems with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor environments.
• Drive functional requirement gathering, deployment roadmaps, and business validation processes.
• Lead technical workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams and plant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert, Solution Architect, or Lead Advisory Consultant in large-scale MES/MOM implementations.
• Deep domain expertise in the Aerospace & Defense sector is mandatory for this role.
• Proven track record in integration strategy and solution architecture design within complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense manufacturing standards, traceability, and quality compliance.
