MES / ICS Coordinator

Valeo Holding Group is seeking a dedicated MES/ICS Coordinator to serve as a primary technical expert for strategic industrial systems. In this role, you will lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems and Industrial Control Systems, ensuring seamless digital operations across our manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key IS aspects during strategic industrial system rollouts, including application installation and configuration.
• Collaborate with IT SSC and Cybersecurity teams to ensure all infrastructure and security prerequisites are met.
• Conduct validation and testing of critical interfaces connecting the MES/MoM layer to core enterprise systems.
• Provide Level 2 elevated support for the entire industrial software suite as a lead application specialist.
• Mentor team members on modern architectures including Linux, containerization, and data streaming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of practical experience in supporting manufacturing systems.
• Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Industrial Control Systems, and shopfloor data acquisition.
• Technical proficiency in Linux, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.
