MEP Engineer

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy, building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises. We are looking for an MEP Engineer to join our Infrastructure Acquisition Group and support the technical evaluation of AI infrastructure opportunities across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Support mechanical and electrical due diligence on prospective sites, colocation capacity, and build-to-suit opportunities.
• Prepare capacity calculations, equipment comparisons, and technical summaries that feed the pre-construction risk register.
• Evaluate cooling and power distribution options against site conditions and load requirements.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers and equipment vendors to gather information supporting technical evaluations.
• Assist in preparing technical materials as projects advance through key development milestones.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, MEP design, or mission-critical systems.
• Working knowledge of cooling systems and power distribution systems for data center or mission-critical environments.
• Comfortable with capacity calculations, equipment comparisons, and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with senior engineers.
