Mental Health Therapist

Included Health is a pioneering healthcare organization dedicated to delivering integrated virtual care and navigation. We are currently seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual counseling to patients across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and comprehensive mental health evaluations via our secure telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement personalized behavioral health treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records, including health histories and mental status examination findings.
• Participate in periodic peer review quality assurance processes and monthly chart reviews.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to help patients navigate their unique healthcare journeys.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) in your state of primary residence.
• Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to practice independently and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms to deliver seamless virtual care.
