You will leverage your clinical expertise to shape how models reason and perform, ensuring they align with the highest standards of mental-health safety and ethical care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine structured taxonomies related to self-harm, eating disorders, and suicide prevention.
• Design comprehensive frameworks for detecting harmful advice or crisis signals in digital environments.
• Create and validate clinical response rubrics that prioritize safety and effective intervention.
• Establish benchmark guidelines to evaluate risk and support vulnerable individuals across platforms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all AI training data meets clinical credibility standards.

Requirements

• Licensed clinician such as a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist with significant crisis-care experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct practice in mental-health crisis response or related care settings.
• Demonstrable expertise in suicide prevention, self-harm, or emergency mental-health support.
