Climate Dialogue Japan is seeking a Senior Development Operations Officer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to tackle climate change by leading the development of high-quality project plans, strategic communications, and strengthening our engagement with key partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the orchestration of complex, multi-stream projects to ensure institutional alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to prepare essential materials, including talking points, briefings, and strategic reports.
- Maintain document quality assurance by defining writing standards and creating effective templates.
- Develop and manage systems for tracking partner profiles, interaction histories, and FAQs to improve operational workflows.
- Support programs and partners in meeting compliance requirements while identifying new strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or project coordination.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience with CRM systems and a high level of proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
- A genuine passion for addressing climate change and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative work.
