EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional MedTech Mechanical Design Engineer to join a new, high-impact department. You will work alongside a world-class team backed by successful serial entrepreneurs to build category-defining ventures from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the MedTech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from initial prototype to final production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in mechanical design with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of projects and drive results independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Based in Europe or the Americas with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
