Medical Specialist

micro1 is seeking experienced Medical Experts to contribute their professional knowledge to a cutting-edge AI training project. In this role, you will leverage your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they learn from high-quality, authentic, and real-world medical content.

Key responsibilities

• Provide original, expert-authored medical documents such as case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, and training guides.
• Ensure submitted materials feature a rich blend of text, tables, charts, diagrams, and other illustrative elements.
• Apply professional judgment to rigorously de-identify all sensitive or personal information to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Curate a range of document lengths, ideally between 10 and 100 pages, to support diverse training scenarios.
• Communicate clearly and provide necessary context regarding the materials shared with the project team.

Requirements

• Advanced credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a related discipline such as MD, DO, PhD, or RN.
• Extensive experience in authoring or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports.
• Strong understanding of ethical documentation practices, patient confidentiality, and data de-identification standards.
• Proven ability to convey complex medical information clearly through written communication.
• Experience with multimodal documentation, including the integration of figures, visuals, and structured data.
