Medical Services Specialist with Czech and English Language (100% Remote)

Conduent is seeking a dedicated Medical Services Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding healthcare products and services. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your healthcare knowledge to provide accurate information, manage inquiries, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer inquiries to successful resolution via telephone, email, and written communication.
• Provide accurate product and disease state information while adhering to industry regulations and standard response guidelines.
• Conduct outbound initiatives to deliver specific product messages to physicians, healthcare staff, and consumers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the designated systems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical, product, and industry-related information to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech and English at a C1/C2 level is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Background in providing medical information or customer service to healthcare professionals is highly valued.
• Strong competency in using information technology, PCs, and various database systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
