MCP Expert

Micro1 is seeking an MCP Expert to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep software engineering domain knowledge to create Reinforcement Learning Environments that challenge AI models to solve complex technical problems using Model Context Protocol tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement reproducible environments to test AI model reasoning and software engineering capabilities.
• Develop golden reference solutions for complex tasks such as bug fixing, feature implementation, and code refactoring.
• Create deterministic verification processes to measure the effectiveness of MCP tool usage.
• Optimize software performance and scalability within simulated environments to ensure high-quality model training.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as C++, Python, Java, GoLang, TypeScript, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning techniques.
• Proven experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable, high-quality code.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in feature development and codebase refactoring within professional software projects.
