Master Data Steward (Material Master)

HTH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Master Data Steward to support material master data processes within a global organization. This role focuses on the creation, maintenance, and quality control of product-related data in the company’s ERP system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update material master records within the ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data governance standards.
• Analyze data requests and implement material master changes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Quality.
• Participate in data quality initiatives including data validation and cleansing activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems and material master data.
• Hands-on experience with master data management or data stewardship.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
