Marketing Project Owner

We are seeking a Marketing Project Owner to take full ownership of client projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results through strategic planning and effective project management.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business models and goals into actionable marketing roadmaps, clear priorities, and measurable KPIs.
• Act as the primary partner for clients, leading workshops, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across performance marketing, creative, content, and automation to ensure a coherent project delivery.
• Manage project economics, including budget oversight, team capacity, and scope management to ensure profitability.
• Analyze performance data in collaboration with specialists to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in independently leading marketing projects and managing client relationships within an agency environment.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing with hands-on expertise in at least one core area such as performance marketing, CRO, or content.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to diagnose problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, with the ability to lead workshops and provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and hold stakeholders accountable for project outcomes.
