Marketing Officer

Linc Worldwide is seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to lead our email and printed mail marketing strategies while strengthening our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing our social media channels, and ensuring our mission is effectively communicated across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for email campaigns, newsletters, and printed materials.
• Design creative assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through original content and active community engagement.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and donor stewardship plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital design, and email marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to improve engagement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
