Marketing Manager

Jelber is seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to support the digital marketing team of an international healthcare company. This role involves strategic planning, reporting, and market coordination across 11 European markets, requiring a professional with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital marketing strategy and planning across 11 European markets.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities and priorities across various internal teams.
• Drive and support paid media initiatives as a key focus area.
• Prepare and consolidate performance reporting and insights across all markets.
• Manage projects and stakeholders to ensure progress, structure, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Broad experience in digital marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market setup.
• Strong strategic understanding of paid media channels, marketing automation, and CRO.
• Ability to build an effective channel mix based on specific objectives and market needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a complex environment.
• Must be set up as a freelancer in Poland with a valid NIP number.
