The Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the promotion of its online educational products across European and U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in international digital strategy and content-driven growth, focused on scaling the global presence of a methodology grounded in psychology and neuroscience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online products targeting Europe and the U.S.
- Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
- Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven success promoting educational projects in European and U.S. markets.
- Demonstrated experience launching marketing campaigns or programs in new markets.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and draw actionable conclusions.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
