Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all offline programs.
- Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage PR campaigns to increase visibility and credibility.
- Achieve Sales Qualified Leads targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven success in promoting travel projects, conferences, or large-scale events.
- Demonstrated experience launching marketing campaigns or programs in new markets.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and draw actionable conclusions.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
