Marketing Domain Expert

Micro1 is seeking a Marketing Domain Expert to contribute to the development and training of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will utilize your professional marketing expertise to create high-quality, realistic training data that helps AI models learn, reason, and perform effectively in real-world business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop realistic AI training data centered on enterprise marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios.
• Produce high-quality marketing content, including campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, and project documentation.
• Review fictional company contexts to write authentic user prompts and evaluate the quality of AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of created marketing scenarios.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications to support content development and workflow documentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to evaluate marketing content for clarity and impact.
• Experience in prompt engineering or creating prompts that simulate complex business scenarios.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly in document creation and project management tools.
• Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
