Marketing Assistant (part-time)

TripleTen is a career learning platform dedicated to helping individuals acquire essential tech and AI skills for the modern economy. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our global brand and marketing team in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regular refresh of published blog articles by updating facts and structure using AI tools to ensure content remains relevant.
• Execute minor edits on live web pages, including updating links, dates, and pricing information.
• Coordinate project requirements such as gathering student quotes, sourcing imagery, and managing vendor invoices.
• Maintain team documentation, including change logs and Jira boards, to ensure project transparency.
• Identify and implement repeatable processes to improve team efficiency and support automation efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with AI tools like Claude for professional tasks, with an understanding of their limitations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple small tasks independently.
• High attention to detail, capable of identifying errors in formatting, links, and copy.
• B2+ proficiency in English to effectively evaluate and refine AI-generated content.
• Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn tools such as GitHub, WordPress, Jira, Figma, and Notion.
