Sii is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project delivered in cooperation with a global organization operating in the Life Sciences industry. In this role, you will support manufacturing system integration initiatives, helping bridge business and technology teams across complex, regulated environments while working remotely with international stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Supporting integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitating workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions while maintaining a productive and outcome-focused approach.
- Contributing to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and solution validation activities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing-related systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, or ELN, including system integration projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, business process mapping, and enterprise integration concepts.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting systems.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and availability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU and US working hours.
