Manual QA Engineer (Poland)

Flosum is looking for a dedicated Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our enterprise software solutions. You will play a critical role in our development lifecycle, focusing on delivering robust, bug-free features to our users through meticulous testing and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure software reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, checklists, and detailed QA documentation.
• Analyze project requirements to prepare effective test scenarios before development is finalized.
• Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger and verify data integrity using SQL.
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce reported issues and investigate root causes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Manual QA, specifically with web applications.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and modern test design techniques.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce and complex enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in using Jira and TestRail, along with familiarity with browser DevTools.
• Solid practical knowledge of SQL for database testing and basic understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows.
