Manual QA Engineer - Middle

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join the Setup Team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our industry-leading iGaming platform by collaborating with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze feature requirements and participate in planning sessions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and plans.
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile applications, and PWAs.
• Participate in feature acceptance processes and Scrum ceremonies.
• Communicate effectively with developers and product owners to resolve identified issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like TestRail and defect tracking systems like Jira.
• Proficiency in browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian and B2+ level in English.
• Proactive mindset with experience in regulated environments.
