Manual AI-Assisted QA Engineer

Colibrix is a fast-growing fintech company building advanced, AI-powered payment technologies for neobanks, EMIs, and PSPs across the EU and UK. We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our complex payment, wallet, and card processing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across active releases, including feature acceptance, smoke, regression, and integration verification.
• Test API flows and validate integrations between various financial services.
• Create, maintain, and optimize test cases in TMS tools while progressively automating stable scenarios using Python and Playwright.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance QA processes, including test scenario generation, log analysis, bug reporting, and automated test refactoring.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to triage failures and contribute to the shared testing framework.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA, specifically within fintech, banking, e-money, or crypto sectors.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, preferably using Python and Playwright.
• Strong understanding of API testing, client-server architecture, and integration testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, Jira, and TMS tools like QASE, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve test design, exploratory testing, and documentation.
