Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or e-money;
• Previous roles such as: Managing Director, CEO, CRO, VP Risk, Director;
• Strong knowledge of:
• Card acquiring and payment processing
• Risk management and compliance
• Visa & Mastercard frameworks
• Proven experience in building strategic partnerships;
• Excellent leadership and people management skills;
• Strong understanding of the UK financial services market;
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s UK growth and market expansion strategy
• Oversee all operational, commercial, and regulatory activities
• Develop and manage relationships with Visa, Mastercard, banks, and strategic partners
• Drive business development in acquiring, e-commerce, and high-risk payments
• Lead and scale local teams across sales, risk, compliance, and operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong risk governance
• Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
• Own P&L and performance targets for the UK market
