Manager, Solutions Engineering, Mid-Market

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform and a leader in the Composable CDP space, helping businesses leverage their data warehouses to drive operational success. We are looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead our team and ensure our customers achieve seamless, high-impact results with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that address specific customer requirements.
• Develop deep technical expertise in data activation, CDP, and cloud data warehousing to architect elegant solutions.
• Design and maintain best-in-class playbooks and demo environments to improve team efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to champion customer-specific feature requests and drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles within the data or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or API-based data integration.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical engineers.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
