Manager, Solutions Consulting Readiness

Appian Corporation is seeking a Manager of Solutions Consulting Readiness to lead the demo readiness engine that powers our global field sales organization. You will oversee the DemoHub platform, manage reusable asset catalogs, and develop interactive demo experiences that accelerate enterprise deals by showcasing our AI-Powered Process Automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle of the internal DemoHub application, including roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, and adoption measurement.
• Manage and curate a library of reusable demo assets, ensuring all artifacts meet rigorous standards for quality and market relevance.
• Lead the creation of interactive demo experiences, partnering with Product Marketing to translate product releases into compelling narratives.
• Architect and maintain scalable demo environments, establishing deployment patterns and security guardrails.
• Coach and develop a distributed technical team responsible for demo asset creation and application design across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering within enterprise software.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Appian application design, including SAIL, process models, and data modeling.
• Proven leadership experience managing and coaching technical teams in distributed environments.
• Exceptional demo craft with a focus on quality, reusability, and customer impact.
