Manager, QA and Release

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to execute seamless, compliant deployments for core software and client custom builds.
• Mentor a talented team of engineers through consistent coaching and clear execution benchmarks to cultivate an environment of continuous growth.
• Actively uncover new opportunities to leverage AI tools to trim manual workloads and streamline test documentation cycles.
• Maintain and audit our Quality Management System and align operational processes to comply with industry directives including HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Extensive experience navigating Release Management within heavily regulated spaces such as GxP, Life Sciences, or MedTech environments.
• Proven track record in a direct people management or leadership role, showing a knack for sharpening team operations efficiently.
• Strong foundational knowledge of standard clinical guidelines, such as ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA data compliance.
• Hands-on familiarity with, or a strong background in, implementing AI-driven tooling to support software testing protocols.
