Manager, Provider Global Operations - Remote

Sharecare is a leading digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care quality and patient outcomes through data-driven AI insights and comprehensive health management platforms. We are currently seeking a Manager of Provider Global Operations to join our team and ensure our global operational activities are executed with excellence, consistency, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global partner engagement and relationship development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support sales and customer service activities, including RFP responses and client review meetings.
• Oversee inventory management, queue monitoring, and quality control analysis to meet productivity goals.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation for all global accounts to ensure standardized processes.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to transition regional operations to global models effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of proven success in a manager or director-level role.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and pivot tables.
• Experience utilizing Power BI reports to manage and track partner performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training.
