Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of partner funding, from pipeline tracking to grant issuance and reporting.
- Maintain, improve, and document internal systems, SOPs, and templates related to grantmaking and partner funding.
- Consolidate and maintain accurate data on brokered, influenced, and directly managed funding flows.
- Support due diligence processes and track donor-specific reporting requirements and timelines.
- Serve as a coordination anchor for internal CAF processes, ensuring alignment across team members and functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management, grant administration, or systems development within a non-profit or conservation context.
- Strong ability to design and maintain efficient workflows, trackers, and internal dashboards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions.
- Ability to synthesize complex data for internal decision-making, donor reporting, and leadership updates.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams including Portfolio, MEL, and Finance.
