Manager, Operational Excellence (Provider Operations)

Blink Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to making prescription medications accessible and affordable for everyone. We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to join our Provider Operations team and help scale the systems and workflows that drive our mission forward.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardize end-to-end workflows to ensure efficient operations across the Provider Growth organization.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives by setting clear directions and ensuring scalable implementation.
• Act as a bridge between frontline operational needs and technical solutions by partnering with Product, Sales, and RevOps teams.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence through rigorous process documentation and the adoption of best practices.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement creative solutions across people, processes, and technology.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience using analytics to solve complex operational problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable, high-impact results.
• Strong technical proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, BI platforms, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.
