Manager Engineering

Akamai Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Developer Productivity Team. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to building an efficient ecosystem that empowers engineers to collaborate, innovate, and deliver exceptional software through advanced platforms, tools, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to guide the team in achieving project objectives.
• Participate in technical design, product specification reviews, and backlog planning.
• Plan team sprints and collaborate with product and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Continuously improve internal processes and systems to drive operational efficiency.
