Manager, Business Performance & Analysis

We are seeking a Manager, Business Performance & Analysis to join our core performance intelligence team, helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce quantitative and economic analysis, including scenario work, unit economics, and cost modelling to support Executive Committee and Board decisions.
• Synthesize fragmentary and inconsistent data from various functions into a single, defensible view while clearly identifying areas of uncertainty.
• Design high-impact, decision-ready outputs such as briefs, dashboards, and presentations tailored for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows for data extraction and reporting, leveraging AI-enabled tools to increase analytical productivity.
• Continuously improve analytical methodologies, templates, and quality checks to ensure institutional performance tracking is efficient and scalable.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in research, consultancy, finance, or policy, with a track record of informing senior-level decisions.
• Strong economic reasoning skills, including an understanding of opportunity costs, incentives, and counterfactuals.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and experience building automated analytical workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into concise, executive-level communication.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled tools and large language models to enhance analytical output and decision support.
