Manager - Business Partnership

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Manager of Business Partnership to act as the primary liaison between our technical teams and customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our technology solutions align perfectly with the goals of our users.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between MTS and customers to capture and define business objectives.
• Communicate complex business processes and their implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that all technology initiatives accurately meet the specific needs and goals of business users.
• Oversee project teams and manage work processes to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or business-focused role.
• Proven track record of overseeing project teams and managing complex work processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
