Managed Services Consultant - Commercial Vault (Remote)

We are seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our Commercial Services team and provide ongoing professional support for customers utilizing our commercial and medical content management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients.
• Manage configuration enhancements for live applications, including business processes, taxonomy, metadata, and new features.
• Perform bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data.
• Offer expert recommendations on application features, usage, and industry best practices.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments while creating detailed reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software.
• Proven background in customer service or professional consulting.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate effective solutions.
• Strong experience in managing client requests and setting clear expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
