MacOS Platform Engineer with English and German (m/f/n)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled MacOS Platform Engineer to join a dynamic project within the aviation industry. You will be responsible for supporting and scaling the Apple Endpoint Management environment, ensuring seamless operations for a large-scale device fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and further develop the MDM environment based on Fleet.
• Manage software packaging, deployment, and the full lifecycle of macOS devices.
• Configure and maintain security policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise guidelines.
• Integrate and operate advanced technologies such as Santa and Platform SSO.
• Automate and optimize operational processes to enhance the macOS environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise environments managing over 1,000 devices.
• Deep knowledge of macOS, Darwin, and BSD Unix systems.
• Strong background in device management architecture and modern Apple management tools.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Fluency in both English and German at a C1 level is mandatory.
