Machine Learning Specialist

DTiQ Poland is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our R&D team. You will play a key role in developing innovative, AI-driven solutions for image analysis, contributing to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Computer Vision systems used in real-world business environments globally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test algorithms that leverage AI model outputs to drive business metrics.
• Research, train, and evaluate Computer Vision models, including object detection, segmentation, and ReID.
• Optimize processes, algorithms, and AI models to enhance both speed and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain AI models, ensuring the validation and reliability of production results.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering.
• Over 5 years of commercial experience in machine learning, covering experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Computer Vision systems (CNN, DNN).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, and knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and project management tools like Jira and GIT.
