We are seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to join our multidisciplinary team and develop novel approaches to medical image analysis and treatment outcome prediction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop novel ML/DL methods for medical image analysis, including segmentation, lesion detection, and treatment response prediction.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate new approaches against clinical baselines and state-of-the-art methods.
- Publish findings in top-tier scientific venues and represent the company at international conferences.
- Collaborate with clinicians and medical physicists to ensure research methods are grounded in clinical reality.
- Support scientific diligence and contribute to clinical validation studies for regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- PhD in machine learning, computer vision, medical image analysis, or a related field.
- Strong publication record in relevant venues such as MICCAI, RSNA, or JNM.
- Deep expertise in deep learning architectures for image analysis, including CNNs, transformers, and U-Nets.
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks, with a preference for PyTorch.
- Solid statistical foundations, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and survival analysis.
