Bjak is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Platform Engineer to join our team in building the infrastructure that powers our AI-native applications. You will be responsible for designing and operating the systems behind our AI stack, ensuring that our models are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as we work to bring intelligence to everyday user workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate the ML infrastructure and platforms powering our AI products.
- Design systems for model training, evaluation, deployment, and inference.
- Optimize model serving infrastructure for high-throughput and low-latency workloads.
- Develop reliable pipelines for data preparation, model release, and continuous improvement.
- Build production observability, monitoring, and tracing for AI/ML workloads.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Proven experience building ML infrastructure, platforms, or production machine learning systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and system reliability.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code in fast-moving environments.
