Machine Learning Engineer

Svitla Systems is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join a team focused on delivering advanced ESG performance and risk management software. You will work on high-impact projects for a global client base, contributing to the development of sophisticated AI solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready GenAI and ML features tailored for supply chain risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to deploy AI solutions.
• Build and maintain reliable LLM systems, including RAG and multi-agent workflows, focusing on latency and cost efficiency.
• Manage model evaluation, rollout, A/B testing, and versioning to ensure high-quality performance.
• Monitor AI/ML systems in production, tracking quality metrics and addressing model drift.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience delivering production AI/ML systems with strong Python and SQL skills.
• Proven track record in building and deploying LLM applications, including RAG, vector search, and model versioning.
• Experience with model training and evaluation using frameworks like PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, including security, scalability, and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as PydanticAI and LangGraph.
