Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for Machine Learning Engineers who own products end to end, from problem definition to production deployment and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop canonical datasets for titles, skills, and industries using rules-based resolution pipelines and LLM escalation.
• Build job matching systems using two-tower retrieval and cross-encoder reranking trained on outcome labels.
• Implement agentic systems in production with human approval gates for analyzing and proposing structural changes.
• Design evaluation infrastructure including time-forward splits, calibration, and offline-to-online agreement.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and EU AI Act requirements as core design inputs for all machine learning systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping ML systems into production with measurable impact on business metrics.
• Strong proficiency in both classical ML and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven fluency with LLMs in production, including retrieval, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Claude Design to accelerate development.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including Python, Git, AWS, and containerization.
