M365 Architect

Cyclad is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join an international team focused on a Microsoft 365 and AI governance project within the pharmaceutical and medical industry. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the tenant foundation required for Copilot and governed AI agents, ensuring the platform is ready for controlled rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and control baseline.
• Configure and manage tenant-level Microsoft 365 policies and service settings.
• Design and configure the Copilot Control System, including user access and guardrails.
• Configure Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and audit controls.
• Conduct structured tenant readiness assessments and produce gap analyses and risk registers.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot governance and tenant-level controls.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Intune device compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
