LV Project Manager

RWS Group is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team, focusing on Linguistic Validation and localization projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction across global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to meet delivery, quality, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to ensure financial control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Financial awareness and a solid understanding of budget management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using project management or localization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
