Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the logistics robotics domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in robotics or logistics with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment across European or American time zones.
