Loan Officer

Premier Mortgage Resources is seeking a motivated and client-focused Loan Officer to join our dynamic, growth-driven team. We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve homeownership by providing exceptional service and efficient mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and various referral partners.
• Guide borrowers through the entire mortgage process, from the initial application stage through to final closing.
• Analyze complex financial documents to accurately determine loan eligibility for prospective borrowers.
• Stay current on evolving industry trends, diverse loan products, and all relevant compliance regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely loan processing for every client.

Requirements

• Must hold an active NMLS license and maintain full compliance with all federal and state mortgage regulations.
• Proven professional experience in mortgage lending, banking, or high-level sales environments.
• Strong, comprehensive understanding of various loan products and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage client expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple client files and strict deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.
