micro1 is seeking experienced Litigators and Practicing Attorneys to contribute their professional expertise to a cutting-edge project at the intersection of law and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will leverage your deep domain knowledge to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring that legal content generated by models meets the highest standards of accuracy, reasoning, and professional rigor.
Key responsibilities
- Apply your litigation experience to evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated legal content, including briefs, arguments, and legal memos.
- Review and assess AI outputs for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, and strict adherence to professional legal standards.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to identify logical inconsistencies and suggest improvements for complex legal responses.
- Contribute expert judgment on ambiguous edge cases to help calibrate AI models for nuanced legal scenarios.
- Draft and edit high-quality legal language to strengthen the model's understanding of diverse litigation and practice environments.
Requirements
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and an active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3–15 years of post-JD legal experience, with a strong preference for trial, appellate, or litigation specialists.
- Proven expertise in legal writing, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity and precision.
- Substantial trial experience, federal court admissions, or a background in appellate practice.
- Judicial clerkship experience at the federal or state level is highly valued.
