Litigation Associate Attorney

micro1 is seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys to join a dynamic project focused on training next-generation AI systems. Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft, review, and assess a wide range of legal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and the identification of key issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment to provide subject matter feedback on legal scenarios.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent degree from a leading US law school with active bar membership in the United States.
• Recent professional experience at a top-tier US law firm specializing in litigation, M&A, or capital markets.
• Proven ability to interpret and draft complex contracts and transactional documentation.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and their implications for technology.
